Responsibilities:
Completes Preventive Maintenance and maintains mechanical equipment.
Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and repair/replace defective parts.
Reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures and schematics.
Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.
Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and entering requests.
Works with production on routine preventive maintenance.
Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

PLC, Relays, HMI, Pneumatics, and Controls In-depth knowledge of system repair and maintenance.
Maintain equipment and perform PM's (Preventive Maintenance).
Ability to troubleshoot, identify, and repair equipment.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
Understanding of hydraulic systems and ability to troubleshoot.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
